A few days ago I read a blog that my friend had written about losing her husband to cancer. Now I don't want you to think that that means that this is going to be a depressing post, because it's actually the opposite. Throughout her struggles with hospitals and family and saying good-bye, she continued to stress how important it was to make memories. I read that blog just before we left for the zoo and the river. We made memories, and I was lucky enough to be able to capture it on film...well, my digital card. :) I'm not going to write alot this time, because I really feel that these pictures speak for themselves. They are not award-winning pictures, or anything that is worthy of my website, but they are special to me, and they show the memories that were made. Thank you to that friend, for opening my eyes and reminding me that every single moment is important, and that our lives are all too short as it is. Bless you for being so strong, and passing that optimism on.
I told Treyton that if he didn't smile nice, I was going to give him big sloppy kisses in front of everyone! So glad he saw it my way. :)
I love Maddex's surfer bracelet, that I just HAD to get a picture!
Tim was trying to "surf" the sand.
Simple moments like the next few pictures are the BEST! I want to always remember my babies right away in the morning.
